Thanks to a brilliant idea from qdmr’s creator Hannes Matuschek DM3MAT, he was able to add support for the Anytone 578 this summer, along with a few other models too. I got really excited when I heard about qdmr as an Anytone radio programming alternative on Linux this spring, but at the time it didn’t support my Anytone 578 model.
